During these sessions, you'll learn essential skills in venipuncture and capillary techniques to qualify for the National Certification Exam. To earn your Certificate of Completion in Phlebotomy Training, you must pass the in-class practical exam with a score of 70% or above, and ensure all balances are settled. P&M Gentle Hands emphasizes the importance of in-person attendance for hands-on practical sessions, including draw practice and equipment handling. Students are permitted up to 2 excused absences due to the flexible schedule; however, excessive missed days may hinder your ability to meet course requirements, particularly for practical skills. It is crucial to consult with your instructor or school to fully understand their specific attendance policy.

Dress Code:

-Black Scrub Set 

-Closed toed shoes no holes

-Minimal jewelry

-Nails under 1in

-Hair must be groomed as if you were going to work!
